Vision Centre at WalMart

I have been taking my kids here for the past few years and the ladies have always been friendly, helpful and accommodating. The eye doctor is great as well. I just wish they had a little more selection in eye glasses but whatever they have have been fine with my boys.

Have been going to Vision Center for the past three years. We really like the Customer Service from Lin, Kate and all. Lin has been an excellent Customer service professional that listens well to all our Vision needs. She has been the key reason, why I go back to the Guildford Walmart's vision Center, everytime when my prescription changes.. Thanks Lin for being awesome!And today was my first experience with Kate and she was excellent. Very friendly, gave us lots of Suggestions on which frame to choose and how to select the frame that is suitable for my face. Kate was also very kind and listened well and addressed to all my needs. Thanks a lot Kate, for your great service. You are a rockstar! And Vision Center is lucky to have you guys! Keep up the good work :)))))))

I was happy that there is a Vision centre so close to my house, but when I went there to buy contact lenses, the lady would not sell them to me because I have not been trained by her on how to put them in. I said no problem

Not Honoring the Warranty. Terrible Customer Service. 76 Year old Dad purchase 2 glasses from them. One of the glasses started to show signs of scratches very early on. We only used the cloth and solution provided by Walmart. Glasses are only 5 months old and the store manager Kate will not honor their warranty. My father is 76 year old and does not have extended coverage. Called Walmart customer service...however they keep telling me to come into the store and talk to Kate...who has already dismissed our case. Very disappointed with Walmart Vision care at this location. 0 STAR if possible!

Tha ladies who work there are all rude. They don't have respect. The only reason I go there is because of my eyedoctor. Dr. Lam is very nice, friendly and accommodating. Every time I go there I feel very uncomfortable bec. of the ladies they are very imitating.
